How merchant information is handled

Pakistan Payment Gateway uses merchant information to respond to onboarding, support, and integration requests.

• We do not ask merchants to submit sensitive customer payment credentials through public forms.
• We review business category, documentation, and technical requirements during onboarding.
• Payment method availability and settlement workflows may depend on approval and integration scope.
